What format does the coaching take?
Every course contains a number of lessons comprising a video, a quiz and lesson PDF to download and keep.
What kind of support is there?
How long are the courses?
Course length varies. Our OTL Licensing course contains 11 lessons each with a video and quiz, and completed with a final test.
Are there any hidden costs or upsells?
The fee for each course is the final payment, no hidden fees inside!
Can two people do the course at one time?
Our courses are sold on an individual user basis and sharing of subscriptions for access to course materials is strictly forbidden. Any sharing of MRD Training & Consulting Inc. intellectual property with any person or entity who does not have an assigned username and password will result in termination of course access.
How do you receive certificates for the courses?
For all courses the system will monitor proper completion and a certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the course.
